Site Evalution

Our processes are tailored to your individual requirements. Whether you require desktop evaluation or site visits to gather technical information, we are on hand to support. Our evaluation reports cover; reinforcement, capacity agreements, infrastructure and metering costs, project risks and mitigations.

Network Capacity

We liaise with the DNO on your behalf to confirm the availability of pressure and capacity for the site. If the network requires reinforcement to support the load, we ensure all options have been considered to guarantee the most economic solution is presented. 

Our feasibility reports cover all aspects of the project, to ensure you have a fixed cost price, to achieve a gas on date in line with the site energisation programme.

Tendering

We have a network of UK wide service partners to call upon to deliver the works. We produce the technical specification, designing out any assumptions to ensure the SP's are able to provide fixed costs for the works. Our comprehensive tender specifications aim to ensure there are no surpirses during the construction phase.

Construction

If you have preferred construction partners, we are able to novate capacity agreements accordingly, to ensure seamless delivery of works. However, if you want to utilise our partners, we will manage the programme to ensure the works are delivered on time and budget, with a right first time philosophy.

Our CDM compliant construction phase plan will provide assurance to the Principle Contractor, with regular communication throughout the project ensuring all site stakeholders are kept up to date with our progress.
